The Avondale Courtyard

The Avondale Courtyard is one of Craig Builders’ detached home designs available in Belvedere and Old Trail Village. It is built to accommodate home sites with rear driveways, giving easy access to the two-car Garage, which is inconspicuously located at the back of the home. A distinctive Foyer opens to the light-filled living space that flows organically from front to back.

On one side of the Foyer, opening through double doors, is the Owner’s Suite. It is highlighted by a a walk-in closet and luxury Bath. Two separate vanities surround the soaking tub and a fully tiled shower with seat.

Outside the main level Bedroom on the opposite side of the Foyer, is a formal Dining Room that can be designed as a Study or a Home Office.
